About Toon Radio

Toon Radio is an all request, live-feed internet broadcast, or webcast, that plays anime, cartoon, and video game favorites from our extensive playlist of over 5000 songs. Featuring songs from The Pillows, L'Arc En Ciel, Shoujo Kakumeai Utena ( Revolution Girl Utena), Cowboy Bebop, and Inu Yasha, we provide hours of listening pleasure without fear of hearing the same song once every three hours. Also, we have a unique request system, so that if you have a particular song you want to hear, you can request it! This station is up 24x7 and broadcasts at 64Kbit/sec and 24Kbit/sec. By participating in any of Toon Radio's contests, you agree to hold Toon Radio, it's affiliates and staff without any liability if any injunction or issue causes the contest results to not be fully realized. Toon Radio, nor anyone associated with this web site make any warranties or representations regarding contest results. Furthermore, all contests become the property of Toon Radio LLC.

As a contestant, you agree to not submit any information or material which violates or infringes upon the rights of others, including material which is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder. Toon Radio is not liable for any claims or liabilities arising from any third-party copyright infringement claim.

We reserve the right to close the contests early or late without warning. We are not always available to update our website in a timely manner; therefore, the contests will be closed at the time the website update is uploaded. This can vary from month to month and cause the contests to be closed upwards of 2 weeks into the following month. Upon winning a contest, please allow up to 6 weeks for notification of the winner.

Please note that by completing and submitting your name as an entrant to any of our contests you will be agreeing to abide by the official rules and regulations of our contests. You further agree that all information can and will be published on the close of the contests including the name you provided. Addresses, phone numbers, and emails will not be published without the further consent of the contestant. Please do not enter a contest more than once under one name.
